After having played for 22 minutes, Miltos Spanopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lakonia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miltos Spanopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes into the game, Christodoulos Koutras recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Manos Dellios. Christodoulos Koutras showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After a rather tough play, Lakonia FC's Marios Botitsis got a free kick in the 35th minute. Trifon Meraklis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Giannis Kapopoulos. Lakonia FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Giannis Kapopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christos Matzios in the 37th minute of the match. Giannis Kapopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fivos Pountidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Perama F.C's Manos Dellios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christodoulos Koutras in the 41st minute of play. Christodoulos Koutras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Manos Dellios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Fivos Pountidis made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fivos Pountidis in the 53rd minute of play forced Lakonia FC's goalkeeper Giannis Kapopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giannis Kapopoulos came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Perama F.C's Christos Matzios. But to his dismay, Christos Matzios quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Christos Matzios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giannis Kapopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fivos Pountidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Christodoulos Koutras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christos Matzios who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Giannis Kapopoulos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Perama F.C eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
