Spectators: 6844 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1834, VIP seats: 10) Kaproi F.C.'s Fragiskos Tsionas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Kaproi F.C. getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Fragiskos Tsionas hit a great ball. Nontas Nikoloudis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cícero de Barros having to interfere. In the 9th minute Lambis Zouvelekis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giannis Peris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fragiskos Tsionas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giannis Peris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lambis Zouvelekis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the game, Fragiskos Tsionas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kaproi F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saronicos the free kick. In the 23rd match minute, Kaproi F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Babbis Vournas to maneuver through the defense. Miltos Kotsiras struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Giannis Peris didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saronicos. With 28 minutes on the clock, Adolfo Rafe commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee gave Kaproi F.C. a penalty, 30 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Babbis Pakaltsis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Saronicos's Cícero de Barros. 0-1. Fragiskos Tsionas struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Cícero de Barros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kaproi F.C.. In the 36th minute, Kaproi F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Miltos Kotsiras fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Fragiskos Tsionas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cícero de Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fragiskos Tsionas in the 45th minute of play. Cícero de Barros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fragiskos Tsionas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miltos Kotsiras was the one to do the kick off. Nontas Nikoloudis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Fragiskos Tsionas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nontas Nikoloudis in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cícero de Barros, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, Saronicos's Cícero de Barros got control of the ball when Nontas Nikoloudis tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Saronicos's zone, Nontas Nikoloudis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cícero de Barros came out of the goal and Nontas Nikoloudis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Saronicos's Cícero de Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fragiskos Tsionas in the 65th minute of play. After 66th play minutes Fragiskos Tsionas shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Cícero de Barros and just under the crossbar into goal. With a little luck, Saronicos's Cícero de Barros got control of the ball when Nontas Nikoloudis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nontas Nikoloudis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cícero de Barros having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Miltos Kotsiras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fragiskos Tsionas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cícero de Barros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Nontas Nikoloudis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Cícero de Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fragiskos Tsionas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nontas Nikoloudis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Cícero de Barros skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kaproi F.C.'s Fragiskos Tsionas got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nontas Nikoloudis got free with Cícero de Barros in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Saronicos fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kaproi F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
