Makis Antoniou's late challenge caught a IRAKLIS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Makis Antoniou helped the player get up and apologised. After 13 played minutes FIGHTER F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Makis Antoniou. In the 14th minute, Miltiadis Liakos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Giorgos Stavrakas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miltiadis Liakos in the 16th minute of the match. With a little luck, IRAKLIS's Fanis Geronimidis got control of the ball when Adrián Urbieta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Giorgos Stavrakas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miltiadis Liakos in the 20th minute of play. FIGHTER F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IRAKLIS the free kick. Avraam Labiris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Fanis Geronimidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giorgos Stavrakas was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Dionysis Papastavrou capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dionysis Papastavrou really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. IRAKLIS made a substitution. Kostas Koronas replaced Theodosis Christodoulou. Giorgos Stavrakas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionysis Papastavrou in the 77th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FIGHTER F.C.'s Avraam Labiris got a free kick in the 79th minute. The IRAKLIS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fanis Geronimidis should have stopped the shot. After 90 played minutes IRAKLIS got a freekick which was hit by Miltiadis Liakos. Miltiadis Liakos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Giorgos Stavrakas made a huge save. Avraam Labiris's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fanis Geronimidis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play. The FIGHTER F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching IRAKLIS's performance. The match ended with a win for IRAKLIS.
