Kostas Alexoudis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anastasios Adamakoglou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thodoris Kavalaris hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Thodoris Kavalaris kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Clinton Eastwood charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clinton Eastwood the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Highway to Hell booed when Blue Lions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clinton Eastwood didn't get a good kick on the ball. Highway to Hell's Panos Papadimos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Highway to Hell from getting a goal against them. Kostas Alexoudis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Byrne John, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, Blue Lions FC's Pipis Siapanidis got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Kostas Alexoudis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Byrne John in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stathis Klotsidis to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Fragiskos Koboropoulos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kostas Alexoudis. Fragiskos Koboropoulos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Panos Papadimos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clinton Eastwood in the 61st minute of play. Kostas Alexoudis was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Makis Kanatidis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Makis Kanatidis really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stathis Klotsidis in the 69th minute of play forced Highway to Hell's goalkeeper Panos Papadimos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Byrne John reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kostas Alexoudis. The goal made the score 0-4. After a rather tough play, Highway to Hell's Thodoris Kavalaris got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute of the match Isidoros Konstantinou shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Panos Papadimos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kostas Alexoudis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Habib Al Zamel in the 76th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Blue Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fragiskos Koboropoulos came free, but Kostas Alexoudis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Habib Al Zamel in the 81st minute of play forced Blue Lions FC's goalkeeper Kostas Alexoudis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Highway to Hell players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
