From a short distance, Dhafnospiliá BC's Takis Gonatas, in the 19th minute, tried to place the ball behind Dionysis Vertsos, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. Stavros Prasinos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Kσniari FC's Dionysis Vertsos got control of the ball when Petros Kalivrousis tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Dhafnospiliá BC fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Dhafnospiliá BC's Stavros Prasinos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The wind increased when Achilleas Spiliotis made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kσniari FC's goalkeeper Dionysis Vertsos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kσniari FC's Dionysis Vertsos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stavros Prasinos in the 55th minute of play. Dhafnospiliá BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicasio Guijarro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dionysis Vertsos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Takis Gonatas's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Nicasio Guijarro kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. When Dhafnospiliá BC's Petros Kalivrousis in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
