Lakis Kissas was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Babbis Tsirkos. Marios Kounetas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lakis Kissas having to make a save. Lakis Kissas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anastasios Koupepes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Marios Kounetas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lakis Kissas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 16th minute, ARTA's Anastasios Koupepes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lakis Kissas. Lakis Kissas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 18th match minute, ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ ΜΙΛΑΝΟΥ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexis Gelis to maneuver through the defense. After 19 played minutes, ARTA's Babbis Tsirkos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lakis Kissas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ARTA reached it. After a defensive mix-up in ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ ΜΙΛΑΝΟΥ's zone, Thodoris Anagnostopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lakis Kissas came out of the goal and Thodoris Anagnostopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anestis Roumelos hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ ΜΙΛΑΝΟΥ's zone, Babbis Tsirkos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lakis Kissas came out of the goal and Babbis Tsirkos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute Thodoris Anagnostopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lakis Kissas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ ΜΙΛΑΝΟΥ's Gert Varusk got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the match, ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ ΜΙΛΑΝΟΥ's goal looked a bit too open when Thodoris Anagnostopoulos came free, but Lakis Kissas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Babbis Tsirkos in the 48th minute of play forced ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ ΜΙΛΑΝΟΥ's goalkeeper Lakis Kissas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ ΜΙΛΑΝΟΥ:s Lakis Kissas showed great skill when he stopped Babbis Tsirkos:s penalty. Anastasios Koupepes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lakis Kissas having to interfere. Lakis Kissas came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by ARTA's Thodoris Anagnostopoulos. But to his dismay, Thodoris Anagnostopoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Christos Tzolis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Lakis Kissas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thodoris Anagnostopoulos scored 7-0 in the 98th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lakis Kissas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ARTA had played much better football throughout.
