In the 23rd minute Nontas Asimopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerasimos Kipouros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Nontas Asimopoulos notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Living Dead's Gerasimos Kipouros. Gerasimos Kipouros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Panos Pitsikoulakis in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. REMALIA's Kleanthis Savouridis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save REMALIA from getting a goal against them. Kleanthis Savouridis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Ofelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Güner Taşkınay's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Kleanthis Savouridis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Living Dead's Gerasimos Kipouros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktoras Giannikakis in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Güner Taşkınay to strike the kick off in the second half. Though ot was a great shot Living Dead's keeper Gerasimos Kipouros was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. In the 59th minute, Güner Taşkınay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giannis Kazantzakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Gerasimos Kipouros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Ofelio couldn't finish the play. Living Dead's Gerasimos Kipouros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Living Dead from getting a goal against them. Gerasimos Kipouros made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Panos Pitsikoulakis sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over REMALIA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Living Dead throughout the match.
