Mikrochórion's Paris Chatzinikolaou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Mikrochórion from getting a goal against them. After 8 played minutes Mikrochórion got a freekick which was hit by Robai Julius Cunculis. Grigoris Kornaros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paris Chatzinikolaou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. In the 12th minute Walter Giardino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paris Chatzinikolaou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Douglas Basso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Sá read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Mikrochórion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robai Julius Cunculis to maneuver through the defense. tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Telis Ntasios was substituted for Benjamin Mikolas. In the 62nd minute, Robai Julius Cunculis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paris Chatzinikolaou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Telis Ntasios in the 75th minute of play. Paris Chatzinikolaou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurence Snow, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The audience was convinced that Walter Giardino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paris Chatzinikolaou was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fiz Biembengén in the 94th minute of play forced Mikrochórion's goalkeeper Paris Chatzinikolaou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mikrochórion's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Giannis Papoutsakis was slow to take the kick. During this time tHe SOnS of rAGnar's players had a chance to rest. Mikrochórion succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though tHe SOnS of rAGnar had controlled the match.
