After a rather tough play, TimperilAaa's Taavi Lindfors got a free kick in the 14th minute. Taito Setälä hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Veli Koivuniemi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Touko Pikkarainen in the 17th minute of the match. Aykut Ayberk was extremely unlucky when he, in the 20th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 23rd minute, Inkeranta !'s Taito Setälä seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Taito Setälä the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Inkeranta ! protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Taito Setälä had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 22 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Inkeranta !! The referee gave TimperilAaa a penalty, 24 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Touko Pikkarainen, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Inkeranta !'s Veli Koivuniemi. 0-1. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Juha Kallijärvi took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Päiviö Hana to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, TimperilAaa's Päiviö Hana got control of the ball when Aykut Ayberk tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aykut Ayberk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aykut Ayberk was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to TimperilAaa getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Tauno Timoska hit a great ball. Touko Pikkarainen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Veli Koivuniemi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fan Ling Zheng kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. When Aykut Ayberk came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Inkeranta ! fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aykut Ayberk couldn't finish the play. In the 70th match minute, TimperilAaa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Taisto Elo to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the match, Touko Pikkarainen notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Inkeranta !'s Veli Koivuniemi. Veli Koivuniemi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aykut Ayberk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Päiviö Hana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 played minutes Inkeranta ! got a freekick which was hit by Juha Kallijärvi. Inkeranta !'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TimperilAaa the free kick. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Inkeranta ! players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
