Paul Hartikainen might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juhana Salo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paul Hartikainen ran back to his position shaking his head. Olli Torkkelis short, quick shot in the 7thth minute got Juhana Salo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 8 minutes into the match, Taati FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hemminki Korkeamäki came free, but Reima Kokkila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kalevi Eloranta kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Paavo Harikkala's late challenge caught a JJ Puujalat's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paavo Harikkala helped the player get up and apologised. 23 minutes into the match, JJ Puujalat's goal looked a bit too open when Daavid Santala came free, but Juhana Salo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Tuure Ruhanen took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Juhana Salo to make any attempt to save it. When Tuure Ruhanen came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Taati FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tuure Ruhanen couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Juhana Salo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Tuure Ruhanen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tuure Ruhanen came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Taati FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tuure Ruhanen couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 52nd minute Paul Hartikainen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juhana Salo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Taati FC's Jesse Laine got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 65 played minutes JJ Puujalat got a freekick which was hit by Nikodemus Sulin. A collision led to JJ Puujalat getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Kalevi Eloranta hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tuure Ruhanen in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juhana Salo saved JJ Puujalat from getting behind. Tuure Ruhanen struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Juhana Salo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taati FC. Teppo Manninen's late challenge caught a Taati FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teppo Manninen helped the player get up and apologised. Teppo Manninen kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Juhana Salo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Hartikainen in the 76th minute of the match. When Tuure Ruhanen came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Taati FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tuure Ruhanen couldn't finish the play. 84 minutes into the match, JJ Puujalat's goal looked a bit too open when Tuure Ruhanen came free, but Juhana Salo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juhana Salo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Hartikainen, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. JJ Puujalat's Juhana Salo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olli Torkkeli in the 94th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Taati FC fully deserved thier win.
