Malko IFK's Juliusz Malewicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Quercia in the 6th minute of play. Onur-Behic Özalgan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franck Harmannus, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute Federico Quercia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juliusz Malewicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind ARSEPOOL FC's goalkeeper Onur-Behic Özalgan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, ARSEPOOL FC's goal looked a bit too open when Franck Harmannus came free, but Onur-Behic Özalgan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Federico Quercia in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juliusz Malewicki saved Malko IFK from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in ARSEPOOL FC's zone, Tuukka Liimatainen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Onur-Behic Özalgan came out of the goal and Tuukka Liimatainen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th match minute, ARSEPOOL FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brandon Glover to maneuver through the defense. Juliusz Malewicki didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when ARSEPOOL FC's Federico Quercia shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Federico Quercia made a kick off.
