Spectators: 8394 (Terracing: 6298, Seating: 1930, VIP seats: 166) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Paavali Ronkainen took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Fc Burgundi's goal looked a bit too open when Paavali Ronkainen came free, but Niklas Kaikkonen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 5th match minute, Fc Burgundi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keimo Pirjetä to maneuver through the defense. Halisten Haukat's Rainer Manninen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikko Kuparinen in the 11th minute of play. Rainer Manninen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikko Kuparinen in the 13th minute of play. After 17 minutes, Mauri Kuusiniemi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Halisten Haukat and the Fc Burgundi players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Halisten Haukat getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Mauri Kuusiniemi hit a great ball. Niklas Kaikkonen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paavali Ronkainen in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute there was a penalty for Halisten Haukat. Ilari Saastamoinen stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Niklas Kaikkonen. 2-0. Albert Siltanen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Niklas Kaikkonen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Paavali Ronkainen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 29 minutes into the game, one of Fc Burgundi:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 35 minutes, Paavali Ronkainen made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Fc Burgundi's Niklas Kaikkonen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 38 played minutes Halisten Haukat got a freekick which was hit by Paavali Ronkainen. In the 46th minute, Mikko Kuparinen made a precise shot to the right of Rainer Manninen. Halisten Haukat's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1.

Halisten Haukat's Rainer Manninen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikko Kuparinen in the 52nd minute of play. Niklas Kaikkonen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Siltanen in the 53rd minute of play. Rainer Manninen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Taneli Modig went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. Taneli Modig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Rainer Manninen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mikko Kuparinen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77th play minutes Mikko Kuparinen shot 4-3, a short shot which went by Rainer Manninen and just under the crossbar into goal. When Mikko Kuparinen came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Fc Burgundi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikko Kuparinen couldn't finish the play. Mikko Kuparinen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Rainer Manninen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 88 minutes, Paavali Ronkainen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Halisten Haukat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paavali Ronkainen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
