Joonas Tirkkonen guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. A beautiful save bye Manchester United's goalie prevented a goal. Otavan Otsot's Alvi Kokkila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lu Cheng Di in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henri Snellman in the 14th minute of play forced Manchester United's goalkeeper Joonas Tirkkonen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nuutti Jokiranta took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvi Kokkila. Alvi Kokkila dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Joonas Tirkkonen made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Mustafa Arif Uçbeyi sent off a good shot on target. When Emilian Săvescu fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Otavan Otsot's protests and gave Emilian Săvescu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st match minute, Otavan Otsot was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilian Săvescu to maneuver through the defense. After 23 played minutes Manchester United got a freekick which was hit by Nikodemus Kukkonen. Mustafa Arif Uçbeyi struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Joonas Tirkkonen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Otavan Otsot. Joonas Tirkkonen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mustafa Arif Uçbeyi in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute Henri Snellman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joonas Tirkkonen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Otavan Otsot's Tuure Tallqvist got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Manchester United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kalman Salminen in the 34th minute. Kalman Salminen made a great header on Manchester United's corner, it was just that Otavan Otsot's Alvi Kokkila managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 42nd match minute, Otavan Otsot was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Babar Ba to maneuver through the defense. Nuutti Jokiranta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Alvi Kokkila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvi Kokkila came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Manchester United's Nuutti Jokiranta. But to his dismay, Nuutti Jokiranta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lu Cheng Di was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Manchester United's Kalman Salminen got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Otavan Otsot's Alvi Kokkila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Otavan Otsot from getting a goal against them. In the 64th minute Nuutti Jokiranta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvi Kokkila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Otavan Otsot's goal looked a bit too open when Lu Cheng Di came free, but Alvi Kokkila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Osmo Kuokkanen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Lu Cheng Di put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Alvi Kokkila. Henri Snellman took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joonas Tirkkonen. Joonas Tirkkonen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. When the final whistle sounded Manchester United left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Otavan Otsot.
