Spectators: 9173 (Terracing: 6881, Seating: 2110, VIP seats: 182) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Manne Nyyssönen started the match with the kick off. When Petteri Äijälä fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kattilainen FC's protests and gave Petteri Äijälä a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute Angelo Baur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sampsa Lätti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Kattilainen FC's zone, Terho Reponen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 彭霆升 came out of the goal and Terho Reponen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Timo Väisänen took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 彭霆升. 彭霆升 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 彭霆升 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Terho Reponen in the 17th minute. Petteri Äijälä kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Academy's Raimo Sinisalo got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 27th match minute, Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perttu Hietamäki to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the match, Manne Nyyssönen notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Academy's Sampsa Lätti. Sampsa Lätti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kattilainen FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 34th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Academy a penalty, 36 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Paul Tähtinen, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kattilainen FC's 彭霆升. 2-1. Manne Nyyssönen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 44 minutes, Manne Nyyssönen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kattilainen FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manne Nyyssönen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raimo Sinisalo charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raimo Sinisalo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th match minute, Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimo Sinisalo to maneuver through the defense. When Kattilainen FC's Manne Nyyssönen in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Academy's goalie prevented a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Timo Väisänen made the kick off in the second half. Timo Väisänen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. 彭霆升 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ismo Luhtio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st minute Timo Väisänen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 彭霆升 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 彭霆升 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timo Väisänen in the 73rd minute of play. After having played for 74 minutes, Timo Väisänen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timo Väisänen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Angelo Baur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kattilainen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelo Baur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sampsa Lätti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Manne Nyyssönen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sampsa Lätti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Manne Nyyssönen might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sampsa Lätti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Manne Nyyssönen ran back to his position shaking his head. Ismo Luhtio struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. 彭霆升 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Academy. The Academy players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
