The supporters of FC Paju booed when Sulva FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Halil İbrahim Mengücek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pasi Sainomaa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heikki Furuholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Pasi Sainomaa came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Paju's Jaakkima Lampinen. But to his dismay, Jaakkima Lampinen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 10 minutes into the game, Jarkko Haakana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sulva FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Paju the free kick. After 10 played minutes Sulva FC got a freekick which was hit by Jarkko Haakana. With a little luck, Sulva FC's Pasi Sainomaa got control of the ball when Tauno Pietiläinen tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilkka Kujanpää in the 16th minute of play forced FC Paju's goalkeeper Leo Niemi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pasi Sainomaa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarkko Jämsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Paju's Niko Lotvonen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fryderyk Kasiewski, made in the 18th minute of the game. 19 minutes into the match, Sulva FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tauno Pietiläinen came free, but Pasi Sainomaa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Jarkko Jämsen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Paju fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Leo Niemi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarkko Haakana, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Tauno Pietiläinen in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pasi Sainomaa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 26th minute, Jarkko Jämsen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pasi Sainomaa was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Pasi Sainomaa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Heikki Furuholm went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 33 minutes into the match, Sulva FC's goalkeeper Pasi Sainomaa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaakkima Lampinen. With a little luck, Sulva FC's Pasi Sainomaa got control of the ball when Lari Kanerva tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 42nd match minute, Sulva FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Halil İbrahim Mengücek to maneuver through the defense. Heikki Furuholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Pasi Sainomaa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jarkko Haakana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Niemi having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Niko Lotvonen hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ilkka Kujanpää got free with Leo Niemi in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leo Niemi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Petri Heinikallio in the 85th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Sulva FC's goal looked a bit too open when Heikki Furuholm came free, but Pasi Sainomaa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sulva FC's Pasi Sainomaa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tauno Pietiläinen in the 91st minute of play. Pasi Sainomaa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaakkima Lampinen went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. There was no doubt that FC Paju were the better team. FC Paju's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
