Kauko Myllylä hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. If Juha-Pekka Ahmaoja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Sami Petsamo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pelttarinharju FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sami Petsamo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Untamo Jatkola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 88thth minute of the game Juha-Pekka Ahmaoja who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tapiola IFK's Untamo Jatkola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tapiola IFK's zone, Sami Petsamo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Untamo Jatkola came out of the goal and Sami Petsamo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
