Spectators: 9189 (Terracing: 6893, Seating: 2113, VIP seats: 183) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Juha-Pekka Ahmaoja took the kick off in the first half of the match. Pelttarinharju FC's Eeli Äijälä quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Arsi Puistola, made in the 3rd minute of the game. Pelttarinharju FC's Jaakob Normio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Pelttarinharju FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aatu Raita in the 10th minute of play forced Pelttarinharju FC's goalkeeper Jaakob Normio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute of the match Pelttarinharju FC got a corner. Jääskänjoki FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kai Palo ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Pelttarinharju FC's corner Kai Palo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Austin Sánchez quite easily take care of the ball. Austin Sánchez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juha-Pekka Ahmaoja in the 15th minute of the match. Jaakob Normio came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Jääskänjoki FC's Aatu Raita. But to his dismay, Aatu Raita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Jaakob Normio made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Aatu Raita sent off a good shot on target. Domenico Apolloni's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jaakob Normio firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 24th minute, Jääskänjoki FC's Felix Poz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Felix Poz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Jääskänjoki FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Felix Poz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 25th minute, Felix Poz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kai Palo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Austin Sánchez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juha-Pekka Ahmaoja, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Austin Sánchez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juha-Pekka Ahmaoja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eeli Äijälä lost his temper 33 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 34th minute, Eeli Äijälä hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juha-Pekka Ahmaoja struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Austin Sánchez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pelttarinharju FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juha-Pekka Ahmaoja in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Austin Sánchez saved Jääskänjoki FC from getting behind. If Sami Petsamo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Austin Sánchez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juha-Pekka Ahmaoja in the 48th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Domenico Apolloni stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Kai Palo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aatu Raita struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Jaakob Normio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jääskänjoki FC. Klaus Niemivirta made in the 55th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Domenico Apolloni immediately put the ball in play. Juha-Pekka Ahmaoja's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Austin Sánchez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Jääskänjoki FC's Austin Sánchez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juha-Pekka Ahmaoja in the 66th minute of play. The supporters of Pelttarinharju FC booed when Jääskänjoki FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Kaivola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Austin Sánchez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sami Petsamo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juha-Pekka Ahmaoja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Austin Sánchez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Juha-Pekka Ahmaoja dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Austin Sánchez, 1-1. 77 minutes into the match, Pelttarinharju FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Kaivola came free, but Jaakob Normio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pelttarinharju FC's Ossian Antila got a free kick in the 91st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Juha-Pekka Ahmaoja kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Austin Sánchez. That made the score 1-2 in the 96 minute of play. The Pelttarinharju FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pelttarinharju FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
