Jyrki Pesonen charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jyrki Pesonen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 7th match minute, FC Jones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jyrki Pesonen to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Parainen IFK's goalkeeper Kaarlo Viklund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Witomir Wieloch. After having played for 12 minutes, Witomir Wieloch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Jones's supporters crossed their fingers, but Witomir Wieloch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Parainen IFK booed when FC Jones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jyrki Pesonen didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Jones's Isak Stenquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josef Göransson in the 16th minute of play. Isak Stenquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josef Göransson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Josef Göransson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Isak Stenquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 21 in the game by Camillo Della Rocca from a close distance when the talented Kaarlo Viklund managed to make a qualified save. Parainen IFK's players were relieved. In the 27th minute Mauno Hartikainen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaarlo Viklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Jones's Isak Stenquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauno Kousa in the 33rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Parainen IFK's Kauno Kousa got a free kick in the 34th minute. Parainen IFK's Kaarlo Viklund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Parainen IFK from getting a goal against them. Tobias Ekaitz made a great header on Parainen IFK's corner, it was just that FC Jones's Isak Stenquist managed to reach the ball for a save. With a little luck, Parainen IFK's Kaarlo Viklund got control of the ball when Camillo Della Rocca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kaarlo Viklund was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Mauno Hartikainen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Nilson Borges didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-2 via right post in the game's 58th minute. Parainen IFK's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Kaleva Etula hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. FC Jones's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jyrki Pesonen in the 63rd minute. After taking down the ball on FC Jones's corner Jyrki Pesonen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kaarlo Viklund quite easily take care of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Josef Göransson during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Josef Göransson hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Sivert Hägert took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kaarlo Viklund. Kaarlo Viklund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. FC Jones's Camillo Della Rocca got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Parainen IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Camillo Della Rocca came free, but Kaarlo Viklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Huang Guo Feng in the 81st minute of play forced Parainen IFK's goalkeeper Kaarlo Viklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Parainen IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Huang Guo Feng came free, but Kaarlo Viklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camillo Della Rocca in the 88th minute of play forced Parainen IFK's goalkeeper Kaarlo Viklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute, Marcus Netto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Jones's Jami Kukkonen was substituted for Tarmo Pasanen. 91 minutes into the match, Parainen IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Huang Guo Feng came free, but Kaarlo Viklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Parainen IFK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Jones.
