Dark Sons of Omar's Liu Yang Guo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Olli Lehtilä in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Liverpool FC's zone, Guo Guo Kun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olli Lehtilä came out of the goal and Guo Guo Kun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Liverpool FC's Olli Lehtilä played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Dominic in the 38th minute of play. In the 46th minute Dark Sons of Omar were awarded a corner. Liu Yang Guo went to the cornerflag to take it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Salomon Raita was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 50 minutes, Kustaa Esala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Liverpool FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kustaa Esala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 51 minutes into the match, Dark Sons of Omar's goal looked a bit too open when Kustaa Esala came free, but Daniel Chaves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Hanumant Arvø quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. The Dark Sons of Omar supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Dark Sons of Omar would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
