Fabian Scislowicz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reima Andersson in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vilhelm Palonen saved Kontula Kickers from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Reima Andersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. HUIJARI karppamies's supporters rose to their feet, but Reima Andersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vilhelm Palonen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 13th minute, Kontula Kickers's Ernesti Huikari seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ernesti Huikari the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kontula Kickers protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ernesti Huikari had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 13th minute, one of Kontula Kickers:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kontula Kickers. After 17 minutes, Tahvo Wallden mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kontula Kickers and the HUIJARI karppamies players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 17 played minutes Kontula Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Tahvo Wallden. Vilhelm Palonen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reima Andersson in the 23rd minute. Fabian Scislowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pellervo Koivunen, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reima Andersson in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vilhelm Palonen saved Kontula Kickers from getting behind. HUIJARI karppamies were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Kontula Kickers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jarkko Vallin took the corner. Emiliano Rayman was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 33rd match minute, HUIJARI karppamies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niceto Nel to maneuver through the defense. Fabian Scislowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jukka Leppiniemi in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 45th minute of the match, Reima Andersson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vilhelm Palonen was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

HUIJARI karppamies's Isto Pursiainen was substituted for Jarkko Vallin. Vilhelm Palonen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reima Andersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. A collision led to HUIJARI karppamies getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Niceto Nel hit a great ball. HUIJARI karppamies's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pellervo Koivunen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Vilhelm Palonen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Rayman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pellervo Koivunen in the 70th minute of play forced HUIJARI karppamies's goalkeeper Fabian Scislowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 72 minutes HUIJARI karppamies's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aki Järventaus who took care of the corner kick. Emiliano Rayman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilhelm Palonen having to interfere. If Emiliano Rayman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aki Järventaus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Fabian Scislowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, HUIJARI karppamies's goal looked a bit too open when Alpi Nutikka came free, but Fabian Scislowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torsti Tuuri in the 88th minute of play forced Kontula Kickers's goalkeeper Vilhelm Palonen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, HUIJARI karppamies's goal looked a bit too open when Pellervo Koivunen came free, but Fabian Scislowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Rayman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Kontula Kickers supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kontula Kickers would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
