They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bahy Basyouny to make the kick off. After 57 played minutes Heit got a freekick which was hit by Deyab Refaat. If Bahy Basyouny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aino Tawfeek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bahy Basyouny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute, Deyab Refaat left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Power Corruption and Lies fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deyab Refaat in the 70th minute of play forced Heit's goalkeeper Tawfeek Sameeh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Power Corruption and Lies booed when Heit was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seif Mubarak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Deyab Refaat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aino Tawfeek having to interfere. Power Corruption and Lies's Gamal Refaat couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Heit. Chants of Power Corruption and Lies echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Heit had held the ball for most of the match.
