A hard shot 26 in the game by Joosep Luik from a close distance when the talented Tom Ülem managed to make a qualified save. Katsina's players were relieved. In the 27th minute, Joosep Luik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 33rd minute Kaspar Gustavson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kalju Valter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaljo Saamatu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Kalju Valter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Katsina's Tom Ülem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaupo Lekk in the 59th minute of play. When Joosep Luik came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the SC Veretina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joosep Luik couldn't finish the play. Kaljo Saamatu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Kalju Valter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kaspar Gustavson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kalju Valter having to interfere. When Kaupo Lekk fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Veretina's protests and gave Kaupo Lekk a yellow card for diving instead. When Joosep Luik came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the SC Veretina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joosep Luik couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aadu Rohumaa in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tom Ülem prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
