Spectators: 7154 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 10) After having played for 3 minutes, Harri Raudsoo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Martsa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harri Raudsoo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Georg Herde kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Harri Raudsoo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 16th match minute, Martsa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tauri Viigipuu to maneuver through the defense. When Osvald Valu fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Nova United's protests and gave Osvald Valu a yellow card for diving instead. After 17 played minutes FC Nova United got a freekick which was hit by Osvald Valu. Üllar Ubar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mark Urbalu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Nova United's Arni Algaja got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute, Volli Ilves fired a really elegant long shot, but Taavi Virumaa threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. 31 minutes into the game, Martsa's Gert Luht nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Taavi Virumaa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A collision led to Martsa getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Georg Herde hit a great ball. Harri Raudsoo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gert Luht hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Harri Raudsoo in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Taavi Virumaa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Harri Raudsoo to make the kick off. Martsa's Tauri Viigipuu got his second yellow card of the match in the 53rd minute. The referee ordered Tauri Viigipuu off the ground. In the 53rd minute, Tauri Viigipuu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Osvald Valu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Üllar Ubar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Osvald Valu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Martsa's goal looked a bit too open when Osvald Valu came free, but Mark Urbalu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 77 minutes, Gert Luht mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Martsa and the FC Nova United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 85th minute, one of Martsa:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Martsa. Taavi Virumaa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harri Raudsoo in the 91st minute of play. Gert Luht received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Taavi Virumaa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Harri Raudsoo put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Taavi Virumaa. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Martsa had played much better football throughout.
