Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adolf Leks ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Gyeongju FC's zone, Adolf Leks stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tanel Salmistu came out of the goal and Adolf Leks tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute, Agu Annast got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juhan Lepikult blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tanel Salmistu having to make a save. Gyeongju FC's Tanel Salmistu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Gyeongju FC from getting a goal against them. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vallo Undusk made a kick off. Jürgen Korjus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Erik Alango made a huge save. Erik Alango was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vallo Undusk showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 54 minute of play. Tanel Salmistu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolf Leks, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Tarmo Karm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erik Alango took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vallo Undusk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of JK Kullid booed when Gyeongju FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ailar Jaanovits didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 71 minutes, Adolf Leks managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JK Kullid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adolf Leks was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Gyeongju FC's Toomas Arulepp got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Erik Alango made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jürgen Korjus in the 76th minute. If Vallo Undusk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Although JK Kullid had been in control for most of the match, Gyeongju FC still came away with the win.
