In the 10th minute of the match Kris Ülesoo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Evert Mustasaar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Oodo Püha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 13 played minutes JK Põltsamaa Sport got a freekick which was hit by Vahur Lepsoo. JK Põltsamaa Sport's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Oodo Püha 15 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. A collision led to JK Põltsamaa Sport getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Arto Virkus hit a great ball. If Mait Nuut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Oodo Püha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emil Heinla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evert Mustasaar having to interfere. Oodo Püha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eimar Murelik made a kick off. In the 56thth minute of the game Oodo Püha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JK Põltsamaa Sport's Evert Mustasaar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 58th minute of the match FC Pilsner got a corner. JK Põltsamaa Sport's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Üllar Riiga ran over to the corner to take the kick. After some careless play in the JK Põltsamaa Sport defense, Oodo Püha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evert Mustasaar. The JK Põltsamaa Sport fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evert Mustasaar should have stopped the shot. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Pilsner's goalkeeper Joe Varm, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 68th minute, Oodo Püha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to FC Pilsner getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Riivo Ranna hit a great ball. Joe Varm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eimar Murelik, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oodo Püha in the 81st minute of play forced JK Põltsamaa Sport's goalkeeper Evert Mustasaar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Emil Heinla managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Pilsner's supporters rose to their feet, but Emil Heinla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evert Mustasaar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emil Heinla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Evert Mustasaar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. JK Põltsamaa Sport's Evert Mustasaar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Heinla in the 86th minute of play. Emil Heinla might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evert Mustasaar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emil Heinla ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, JK Põltsamaa Sport's Heiko Ringo got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Evert Mustasaar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oodo Püha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in JK Põltsamaa Sport's zone, Emil Heinla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evert Mustasaar came out of the goal and Emil Heinla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Pilsner fully deserved thier win.
