When Tavo Pajuste fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Tammela UNITED's protests and gave Tavo Pajuste a yellow card for diving instead. FC Tammela UNITED's Mehis Nael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tõnu Mäe in the 40th minute of play. Mati Leesi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehis Nael having to make a save. Tõnu Mäe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnold Ansip to strike the kick off in the second half. Tõnu Mäe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Tammela UNITED's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mati Leesi 53 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Arnold Ansip managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mehis Nael made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Tõnu Mäe sent off a good shot on target. In the 71st minute, Mati Leesi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mehis Nael. The goal made the score 0-4. 75 minutes into the match, FC Tammela UNITED's Arnold Ansip sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urmas Ladva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, FC Tammela UNITED's Mehis Nael got control of the ball when Tõnu Mäe tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th minute, Mati Leesi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Mati Leesi took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Mehis Nael to make any attempt to save it. If Mati Leesi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the game, Ailar Alasoo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Squall CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Tammela UNITED the free kick. After a rather tough play, Squall CF's Ailar Alasoo got a free kick in the 92nd minute. After having played for 98 minutes, Mati Leesi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Squall CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mati Leesi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Squall CF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
