But to his dismay, Kaspar Niitsoo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Varkja's Eiko Vilberg got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eiko Vilberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 82 minutes, Tarmo Põlluste managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Poltsamaa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tarmo Põlluste was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 89th minute, Paul Esken ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Härmo Vikat was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Väino Aasa during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Varkja's Väino Aasa got a free kick in the 94th minute.
