If Kaspar Niitsoo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juhan Karp was a little too slow when Kaspar Niitsoo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 2-0. 24 minutes into the match, fc Kauksi's goalkeeper Juhan Karp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eiko Vilberg. Härmo Vikat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taimo Haas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. fc Kauksi's Taimo Haas got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juhan Karp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eiko Vilberg in the 36th minute. In the 37th match minute, fc Kauksi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronald Jahe to maneuver through the defense. If Eiko Vilberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kaspar Niitsoo made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, fc Kauksi's goal looked a bit too open when Eiko Vilberg came free, but Juhan Karp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kaspar Niitsoo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 56 played minutes fc Kauksi got a freekick which was hit by Jörgen Reismaa. Juhan Karp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaspar Niitsoo in the 57th minute of play. When Agur Paber came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the fc Kauksi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agur Paber couldn't finish the play. Eiko Vilberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Juhan Karp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. fc Kauksi were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Varkja's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jan Nemvalts took the corner. 76 minutes into the match, fc Kauksi's Taimo Haas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Härmo Vikat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Agur Paber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eiko Vilberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Juhan Karp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Kaspar Niitsoo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Varkja fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Juhan Karp didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Väino Aasa went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Varkja were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of fc Kauksi for a fine match.
