The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Erik Murumets kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Heino Haljas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristo Reisalu in the 4th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Pajusti Puit FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enno Indrekson to maneuver through the defense. When Enno Indrekson came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Pajusti Puit FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enno Indrekson couldn't finish the play. Bruno Suslik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gunnar Aader, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The supporters of Sakna FS booed when Pajusti Puit FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingmar Ülenõmm didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute Innar Nurmela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heino Haljas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Alari Kiviloo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A collision led to Sakna FS getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Rauno Tajur hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, Joosep Trolla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alari Kiviloo to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Pajusti Puit FC's Bruno Suslik got control of the ball when Kalev Paadam tried to sneak it across the goal line. Enno Indrekson's late challenge caught a Sakna FS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enno Indrekson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pajusti Puit FC's Enno Indrekson got a free kick in the 55th minute. Enno Indrekson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Heino Haljas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gunnar Aader had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the game, Rauno Tajur threw the ball into play from the sideline. Pajusti Puit FC's Joosep Trolla quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 87 minutes into the game, Andreas Luik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pajusti Puit FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sakna FS the free kick. In the 87th match minute, Pajusti Puit FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Luik to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Sakna FS's Albert Marts got a free kick in the 90th minute. Alari Kiviloo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sakna FS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pajusti Puit FC.
