Laur Laaniste stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diego Di Dio's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Force Lokomotiv's goalkeeper A.J. Ba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mihkel Runnel. After some careless play in the SK Varesmyae defense, Diego Di Dio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Laur Laaniste. The SK Varesmyae fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laur Laaniste should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Diego Di Dio sped through SK Varesmyae's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Laur Laaniste. 27 minutes into the match, Force Lokomotiv's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Vellend came free, but A.J. Ba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, SK Varesmyae's Henri Taigur dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in SK Varesmyae's zone, Antonello Caroselli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laur Laaniste came out of the goal and Antonello Caroselli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of SK Varesmyae booed when Force Lokomotiv was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Di Dio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute, Rene Vellend got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 44thth minute of the game Diego Di Dio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SK Varesmyae's Laur Laaniste was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diego Di Dio in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laur Laaniste prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 58 played minutes Force Lokomotiv got a freekick which was hit by Ingmar Valmas. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adolf Sepp during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Force Lokomotiv's A.J. Ba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Vellend in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henri Taigur in the 73rd minute of play forced Force Lokomotiv's goalkeeper A.J. Ba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A.J. Ba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Vellend in the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Rene Vellend notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Force Lokomotiv's A.J. Ba. A.J. Ba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, SK Varesmyae's Henri Taigur got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Force Lokomotiv's A.J. Ba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Vellend in the 87th minute of play. After having played for 94 minutes, Antonello Caroselli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Force Lokomotiv's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antonello Caroselli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Diego Di Dio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Laur Laaniste made a huge save. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the SK Varesmyae players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
