Märt Saamatu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustav Raie in the 16th minute of play. Lompka's Märt Saamatu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aigar Suuroja in the 18th minute of play. Poanse FC's Lennart Veermäe shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 23rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Märt Saamatu but with some difficulty. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lompka's goalkeeper Märt Saamatu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ken Loome took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harald Ojakäär, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vambola Kahest hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Vaino Vaiknemets took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ken Loome. Poanse FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A hard shot 31 in the game by Aigar Suuroja from a close distance when the talented Märt Saamatu managed to make a qualified save. Lompka's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alari Kaljo in the 36th minute of play forced Poanse FC's goalkeeper Ken Loome to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Poanse FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alari Kaljo came free, but Ken Loome reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andri Veldermann kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Aigar Suuroja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vambola Kahest kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Poanse FC's goalkeeper Ken Loome had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vaino Vaiknemets. Ken Loome showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alari Kaljo, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute.
