The Tomasmyae fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. With his leg Kaarel Taimre managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Tomasmyae's Jaan Leinatamm fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Janar Niilo came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Tomasmyae fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Janar Niilo couldn't finish the play. Kaarel Taimre made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Jaan Leinatamm sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albert Aav during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 33 played minutes Unnaste got a freekick which was hit by Albert Aav. With a little luck, Unnaste's Kaarel Taimre got control of the ball when Paul Vahter tried to sneak it across the goal line. Villu Ainsaar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Eiko Laat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Kaarel Taimre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaan Leinatamm's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Eiko Laat made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Rainer Hütt sent off a good shot on target. Unnaste's Kaarel Taimre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaan Leinatamm in the 63rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Villu Ainsaar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eiko Laat. That made the score 2-1 in the 75 minute of play. The supporters of Tomasmyae booed when Unnaste was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rainer Hütt didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jaan Leinatamm, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 91 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Kaarel Taimre was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Tomasmyae walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
