In the 13th minute Janis Naaber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hasan Sastranegara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, one of JK Baltijaam:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for JK Baltijaam. JK Baltijaam:s Endel Kriska showed great skill when he stopped Nereo Rios:s penalty. Elmut Einla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kasimir Alp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Endel Kriska having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, one of JK Baltijaam:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
