After 6 played minutes Sokhlu got a freekick which was hit by Agur Aasa. Innar Tooma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 21 minutes, Jaagup Oher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sokhlu and the JK Kärkna players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jaagup Oher kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Tom Lant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Innar Tooma in the 28th minute of the match. Tom Avaja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Üllar Luks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaagup Algaja to strike the kick off in the second half. Joe Koba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Tom Avaja made a huge save. In the 69th minute, JK Kärkna's Joe Koba ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tom Avaja. Tom Avaja yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. A collision led to Sokhlu getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Hans Lehtmets hit a great ball. Jaagup Algaja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Sokhlu getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Innar Tooma hit a great ball. Laur Saarmets took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tom Avaja. Sokhlu's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. JK Kärkna played a much better game than Sokhlu and deserved their victory. The Sokhlu players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
