Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tom Kingisepp started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Kingisepp in the 3rd minute of play forced Jorden's goalkeeper Tarmo Kanne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Sokyula booed when Jorden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahto Auru didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, Eduard Nõmmsalu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eduard Nõmmsalu charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduard Nõmmsalu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sokyula getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Eduard Nõmmsalu hit a great ball. After 8 played minutes, Jorden's Aivar Võrk shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kalmer Loik came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jorden reached it. Erki Ansip fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kalmer Loik having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sokyula's Kalle Lätte got a free kick in the 14th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sokyula's zone, Erki Ansip stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kalmer Loik came out of the goal and Erki Ansip tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Allar Laja took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kalmer Loik. Sokyula's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Jorden booed when Sokyula was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Kingisepp didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Indrek Moorits had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the match, Sokyula's goal looked a bit too open when Erki Ansip came free, but Kalmer Loik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th match minute, Sokyula was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harri Eessaar to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute of the match Aivar Võrk shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kalmer Loik showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Sokyula's Henri Ülem broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erki Ansip was the one to do the kick off. Eduard Nõmmsalu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tarmo Kanne having to make a save. Erki Ansip recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sokyula's Eduard Nõmmsalu got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Allar Laja hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Indrek Moorits sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tom Kingisepp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Tarmo Kanne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 74 minutes, Erki Ansip managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jorden's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erki Ansip was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Harri Eessaar hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Tarmo Kanne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard Nõmmsalu in the 79th minute of play. Eduard Nõmmsalu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tarmo Kanne having to interfere.
