Margus Edesi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ken Vahher, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 9thth minute of the game Juhan Aar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tartu Sporting Club's Simon Gartxot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 11 played minutes Tartu Sporting Club got a freekick which was hit by Lembitu Karindi. Juhan Aar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Margus Edesi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ken Vahher's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Simon Gartxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dardanos Gaitanis in the 26th minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, JK Päntajalad's Hubert Lipp nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Simon Gartxot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juhan Aar in the 38th minute of play forced Tartu Sporting Club's goalkeeper Simon Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. JK Päntajalad were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Tartu Sporting Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Juhan Aar took the corner. Simon Gartxot came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by JK Päntajalad's Juhan Aar. But to his dismay, Juhan Aar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The supporters of Tartu Sporting Club booed when JK Päntajalad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdo Truupõld didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute Ken Vahher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Margus Edesi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ken Vahher's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Margus Edesi was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

In the 51st of the match, Juhan Aar tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Simon Gartxot got in the way and made a wonderful save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juhan Aar in the 53rd minute of play forced Tartu Sporting Club's goalkeeper Simon Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Ken Vahher managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tartu Sporting Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Ken Vahher was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Margus Edesi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the last second Simon Gartxot throw himself and got hold of the ball when Juhan Aar in the 59thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Dardanos Gaitanis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Simon Gartxot made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Tartu Sporting Club's Udo Leinapaju got a free kick in the 66th minute. If Juhan Aar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Gartxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juhan Aar in the 73rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, JK Päntajalad's Simon Gartxot threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Juhan Aar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 77 played minutes Tartu Sporting Club got a freekick which was hit by Raimo Raidla. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juhan Aar got free with Simon Gartxot in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tartu Sporting Club's Simon Gartxot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Tartu Sporting Club from getting a goal against them. Simon Gartxot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Silviano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, JK Päntajalad's Juhan Aar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Simon Gartxot. Simon Gartxot yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. If Dardanos Gaitanis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Juhan Aar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Simon Gartxot was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. In the 95th minute, JK Päntajalad's Juhan Aar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Simon Gartxot. Simon Gartxot yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. JK Päntajalad played a much better game than Tartu Sporting Club and deserved their victory. The Tartu Sporting Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
