Ain Karelson started the match with the kick off. Võru FC Helios's Priit Emane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan do Valle in the 5th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Võru FC Helios's goal looked a bit too open when Koit Lipmeister came free, but Priit Emane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edvard Ubar kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Kristjan Jaani scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Priit Emane, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Priit Emane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ain Karelson in the 21st minute of play. Priit Emane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renan do Valle, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Lembit Ude scored 0-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Priit Emane, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Ain Karelson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saari JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ain Karelson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Priit Emane breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Holger Abel kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lembit Ude in the 38th minute of play forced Võru FC Helios's goalkeeper Priit Emane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lembit Ude received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Priit Emane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Renan do Valle's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Priit Emane on his right side and into the goal. 44 minutes into the game it was 0-3. Priit Emane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ain Karelson in the 47th minute of the match. A collision led to Võru FC Helios getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Hardo Luiga hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Saari JK! Priit Emane made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kristjan Jaani in the 57th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Renan do Valle had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Priit Emane. Võru FC Helios's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Renan do Valle was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Lembit Ude received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Priit Emane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Saari JK's Ain Karelson in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Võru FC Helios's goalie prevented a goal. Kristjan Jaani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jan Pankiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Argo Veskimägi in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, Saari JK's Kristjan Jaani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Priit Emane made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. In the 85th minute, Hardo Luiga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan Pankiewicz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kristjan Jaani got free with Priit Emane in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Priit Emane was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Ain Karelson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ain Karelson really showed his touch with that goal: 2-6. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Ain Karelson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saari JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ain Karelson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Priit Emane breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Saari JK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
