Apostolos Valassoulis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl Ahju in the 33rd minute. The Mardu FS fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Mardu FS's Tauri Kaljo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Karl Ahju hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. If Karl Ahju had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 45th minute, Tauri Kaljo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl Ahju blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Apostolos Valassoulis having to make a save. After the first half Mardu FS were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tauri Kaljo to make the kick off. If Karl Ahju had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl Ahju fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apostolos Valassoulis having to interfere. FC Kopli's Joakim Vennerström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save FC Kopli from getting a goal against them. 71 minutes into the match, Mardu FS's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Ahju came free, but Apostolos Valassoulis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 73 minutes into the game, when Ivari Karikas put in a rough tackle. 73 minutes into the game, one of FC Kopli:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Elmar Loorits took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Apostolos Valassoulis. Apostolos Valassoulis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Jérémy Hendrickx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joakim Vennerström having to interfere. Tõnn Vanaliin hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Mardu FS fans' excitement grew in the 95th match minute when Mardu FS's Tauri Kaljo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mardu FS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
