The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pavel Karu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hemming Matzen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavel Karu in the 9th minute of the match. Hemming Matzen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavel Karu in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Vormsi Vald's Mauricio Rodrigo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hemming Matzen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After having played for 16 minutes, Tom Härm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vormsi Vald's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tom Härm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Taimo Suvi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Genílson Taffarel. Vormsi Vald's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Herbert Virve came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the JuveLogan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herbert Virve couldn't finish the play. 24 minutes into the match, Vormsi Vald's goal looked a bit too open when Marti Olev came free, but Genílson Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hemming Matzen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavel Karu in the 27th minute of the match. Marti Olev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Genílson Taffarel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute of the match JuveLogan got a corner. Vormsi Vald's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aivar Ridal ran over to the corner to take the kick. Marti Olev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genílson Taffarel having to interfere. In the 42nd minute Herbert Virve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genílson Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vormsi Vald's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mauricio Rodrigo in the 45th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Bryan Ruiz heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marti Olev made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marti Olev in the 52nd minute of play forced Vormsi Vald's goalkeeper Genílson Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Asso Aal hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Vormsi Vald's Hemming Matzen threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mauricio Rodrigo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Hemming Matzen came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Vormsi Vald's Mauricio Rodrigo. But to his dismay, Mauricio Rodrigo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Mauricio Rodrigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vormsi Vald's Genílson Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marti Olev in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marti Olev in the 73rd minute of play forced Vormsi Vald's goalkeeper Genílson Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tom Härm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herbert Virve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genílson Taffarel having to interfere. Marti Olev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genílson Taffarel having to interfere. JuveLogan were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Vormsi Vald's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aivar Ridal took the corner. Asso Aal hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Vormsi Vald played a much better game than JuveLogan and deserved their victory. The JuveLogan players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
