Ingmar Karuauk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hardi Lind in the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute FC Dundee were awarded a corner. Arvo Kena went to the cornerflag to take it. FC Dundee made a substitution. Arno Luuk replaced Hardi Lind. The Nisu Unn players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Dundee were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yağızalp Beyazit to make the kick off.
