After having played for 4 minutes, Akamas Koustoubos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kelemení's supporters crossed their fingers, but Akamas Koustoubos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iphikles Christakos hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Alexandros Manos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laios Mavromichalis went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Farángion BC's Likymnios Katsiavrias got a free kick in the 19th minute. Akamas Koustoubos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Akheron Brettos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Akestes Adamidis hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After 26 played minutes, Kelemení's Alexandros Econome shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Akheron Brettos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kelemení reached it. Farángion BC's Akheron Brettos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iosif Fitrakis in the 29th minute of play. Iosif Fitrakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Akheron Brettos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Akamas Koustoubos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute Haides Tassioglou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandros Manos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute Iosif Fitrakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akheron Brettos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexandros Manos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haides Tassioglou in the 45th minute of play.

When Argiris Solomos came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Farángion BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Argiris Solomos couldn't finish the play. After 60 played minutes Farángion BC got a freekick which was hit by Likymnios Katsiavrias. Farángion BC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Akamas Koustoubos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Seilenos Poulakis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Akheron Brettos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Akamas Koustoubos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akheron Brettos having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iosif Fitrakis in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Akheron Brettos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kelemení's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
