After 6 minutes, Patroklos Papoulis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Efstathiou UTD and the F.C. Elbląg POLAND™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th match minute, Efstathiou UTD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patroklos Papoulis to maneuver through the defense. Romulo Gaur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Iphikles Pintzopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute Patroklos Papoulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antaios Harames saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th match minute, Efstathiou UTD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ilias Pefanis to maneuver through the defense. Romulo Gaur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Iphikles Pintzopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Haides Telis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iakchos Tselikas hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Iphikles Pintzopoulos came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. Elbląg POLAND™'s Marco Aparecido. But to his dismay, Marco Aparecido quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Iphikles Pintzopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romulo Gaur, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Iphikles Pintzopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romulo Gaur in the 26th minute of the match. Haides Telis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Antaios Harames tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of F.C. Elbląg POLAND™ booed when Efstathiou UTD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ilias Pefanis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Giannis Banos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Efstathiou UTD's supporters rose to their feet, but Giannis Banos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antaios Harames breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Haides Telis was the one to do the kick off. Giannis Banos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antaios Harames having to interfere. Antaios Harames showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haides Telis, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romulo Gaur in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iphikles Pintzopoulos saved Efstathiou UTD from getting behind. 60 minutes into the match, Efstathiou UTD's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Gaur came free, but Iphikles Pintzopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Efstathiou UTD's Ilias Pefanis got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Ilias Pefanis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rdth minute of the game Romulo Gaur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Efstathiou UTD's Iphikles Pintzopoulos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 70 minutes into the game, F.C. Elbląg POLAND™'s Romulo Gaur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iphikles Pintzopoulos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Efstathiou UTD's goalkeeper Iphikles Pintzopoulos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. F.C. Elbląg POLAND™ made a substitution. Antonio Zuccarini replaced Jerzy Duda. When F.C. Elbląg POLAND™'s Romulo Gaur in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Efstathiou UTD's goalie prevented a goal. Romulo Gaur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Romulo Gaur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
