Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Teukros Markopoulos started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Kapaneus Karnoupakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tsambí BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kapaneus Karnoupakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dimosthenis Kopsas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Zacharias Katsivalis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tsambí BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zacharias Katsivalis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dimosthenis Kopsas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dimosthenis Kopsas was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Aigis Mandrapilias capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aigis Mandrapilias really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Kapaneus Karnoupakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Tsambí BC's Aigis Mandrapilias slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dimosthenis Kopsas. That made the score 2-0 after 16 minutes of play. Zacharias Katsivalis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Dimosthenis Kopsas made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aigis Mandrapilias in the 23rd minute of play forced The Lab's goalkeeper Dimosthenis Kopsas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teukros Markopoulos during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Tsambí BC booed when The Lab was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teukros Markopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aigis Mandrapilias in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dimosthenis Kopsas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aigis Mandrapilias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimosthenis Kopsas having to interfere. If Aigis Mandrapilias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kapaneus Karnoupakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Dimosthenis Kopsas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dimosthenis Kopsas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aigis Mandrapilias, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 36th minute, Aigis Mandrapilias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tsambí BC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The Lab's Dimosthenis Kopsas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save The Lab from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in The Lab's zone, Kapaneus Karnoupakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dimosthenis Kopsas came out of the goal and Kapaneus Karnoupakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aigis Mandrapilias to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aigis Mandrapilias in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dimosthenis Kopsas saved The Lab from getting behind. If Aigis Mandrapilias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 55 minutes, Aigis Mandrapilias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tsambí BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aigis Mandrapilias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dimosthenis Kopsas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aigis Mandrapilias in the 58th minute of the match. The Lab's Dimosthenis Kopsas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aigis Mandrapilias in the 61st minute of play. Aigis Mandrapilias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Dimosthenis Kopsas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Troizen Sakellaridis kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Dimosthenis Kopsas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aigis Mandrapilias in the 65th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute Aigis Mandrapilias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimosthenis Kopsas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Aigis Mandrapilias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Teukros Markopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aigis Mandrapilias kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Aigis Mandrapilias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimosthenis Kopsas having to interfere. After some careless play in the The Lab defense, Kapaneus Karnoupakis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dimosthenis Kopsas. The The Lab fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dimosthenis Kopsas should have stopped the shot. Dimosthenis Kopsas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacharias Katsivalis in the 95th minute of play. Aigis Mandrapilias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Dimosthenis Kopsas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tsambí BC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
