Teo Constancio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Olof Sjöberg in the 4th minute of the match. Giannis Tselikas might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teo Constancio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Giannis Tselikas ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Apollon Limassol's zone, Giannis Tselikas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teo Constancio came out of the goal and Giannis Tselikas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven-Olof Sjöberg in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teo Constancio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teo Constancio made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Giannis Tselikas sent off a good shot on target. 15 minutes into the game, Sven-Olof Sjöberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Teo Constancio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When 蔡夕坤 fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bulldogs F.C's protests and gave 蔡夕坤 a yellow card for diving instead. 20 minutes into the match, Giannis Tselikas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teo Constancio. Apollon Limassol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Giannis Tselikas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 24 minutes into the game, one of Apollon Limassol:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Teo Constancio had in the 26thth minute some difficulties stopping Akrisios Angavanakis's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Akrisios Angavanakis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Teo Constancio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice moves Alexandre Sampaio could shoot a difficult shot in the 29th minute, which Teo Constancio however easily saved by the left post. If Alexandre Sampaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Aison Manoukarakis fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 41st minute, Alexandre Sampaio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teo Constancio was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. A collision led to Bulldogs F.C getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Luizão Vieira hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sven-Olof Sjöberg to make the kick off. If Giannis Tselikas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 52nd minute, Alkyoneus Pavli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Olof Sjöberg in the 53rd minute of play forced Apollon Limassol's goalkeeper Teo Constancio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Apollon Limassol's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Sampaio came free, but Teo Constancio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Olof Sjöberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Teo Constancio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Alexandre Sampaio notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Apollon Limassol's Teo Constancio. Teo Constancio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thrinakie Hagias charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thrinakie Hagias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
