In the 46th minute, Velin Gilev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Detelin Dzhermanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Galin Domovchiyski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 48 minutes into the game, FC Marschowiza's Galin Domovchiyski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Detelin Dzhermanov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

FC Marschowiza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Vlas the free kick. A collision led to FC Marschowiza getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. But to his dismay, Tzanyo Túrpev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 85 played minutes FC Vlas got a freekick which was hit by Bozhin Nalbatski. In the 95th minute Tzanyo Túrpev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafail Gúlev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tzanyo Túrpev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafail Gúlev having to interfere.
