Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Teofan Piyanechki took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Vancho Yotzov came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Red Devils FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vancho Yotzov couldn't finish the play. 11 minutes into the match, FC Kalowo's Tzocho Stankev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Asen Tatarev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Radoy Chohadzhiev hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. When Tzocho Stankev came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the FC Kalowo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tzocho Stankev couldn't finish the play. Red Devils FC's Zachary Brodzki got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Zachary Brodzki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kalin Gúrdanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vancho Yotzov, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. A collision led to FC Kalowo getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Dobrin Pironkov hit a great ball. When Velcho Panayotov fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Kalowo's protests and gave Velcho Panayotov a yellow card for diving instead. After 26 played minutes FC Kalowo got a freekick which was hit by Velcho Panayotov. After having played for 27 minutes, Velizar Ralchevski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Red Devils FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Velizar Ralchevski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vangel Zarkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kalin Gúrdanov having to interfere. Tzanko Beluhov kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Radoy Chohadzhiev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Asen Tatarev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Red Devils FC's goalkeeper Asen Tatarev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tzocho Stankev. When Vangel Zarkov came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Red Devils FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vangel Zarkov couldn't finish the play. Tzocho Stankev struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Asen Tatarev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Kalowo. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Vancho Yotzov made the kick off in the second half. Asen Tatarev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tzanko Beluhov in the 51st minute of play. With an all-out effort, Red Devils FC's Kalin Gúrdanov threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vancho Yotzov, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. FC Kalowo's Kalin Gúrdanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Velizar Ralchevski in the 66th minute of play. Tzanyo Samardzhiev charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tzanyo Samardzhiev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Kalowo getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Tzanyo Samardzhiev hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Velizar Ralchevski in the 69th minute of play forced FC Kalowo's goalkeeper Kalin Gúrdanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Asen Tatarev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofan Piyanechki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kalin Gúrdanov was a little too slow when Velizar Ralchevski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 0-2. Kalin Gúrdanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Velizar Ralchevski, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Asen Tatarev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofan Piyanechki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 1-2 became the score in the 95th minute when Tzocho Stankev elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the match was over Red Devils FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Kalowo throughout the match.
