Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zhivko Itev took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Vihren Veznev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zhivko Itev in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Veliko Redzhov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Veliko Redzhov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vihren Veznev in the 9th minute. Yulian Chandrev was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 19th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Balchiq's Pancho Kozovski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Veliko Redzhov. That made the score 1-0 after 28 minutes of play. Yoakim Siklunov kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Veliko Redzhov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vihren Veznev in the 37th minute. Veliko Redzhov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhivko Itev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vihren Veznev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Veliko Redzhov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Balchiq's zone, Nesho Madzhov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kalin Bumbovski came out of the goal and Nesho Madzhov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zhivko Itev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Veliko Redzhov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 47 played minutes Zhivko Itev rounded CSKA Sofia's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nesho Madzhov made a kick off. Boyko Izvorski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Veliko Redzhov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Veliko Redzhov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhivko Itev in the 54th minute of play. After 61 played minutes CSKA Sofia got a freekick which was hit by Toshko Rilski. Veliko Redzhov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zhivko Itev's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, CSKA Sofia's goal looked a bit too open when Zhivko Itev came free, but Veliko Redzhov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vihren Veznev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veliko Redzhov having to interfere. After having played for 75 minutes, Vihren Veznev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balchiq's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vihren Veznev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Veliko Redzhov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhivko Itev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kalin Bumbovski made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Viden Rusimov sent off a good shot on target. Viden Rusimov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute Vihren Veznev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Veliko Redzhov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Balchiq players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
