Borimir Marikin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Petrushan's Brunko Makariev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Borimir Marikin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Prokopi Predyov hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FREDI KRUGER's Malin Sedloev got a free kick in the 20th minute. Brunko Makariev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Borimir Marikin made a huge save. The supporters of Petrushan booed when FREDI KRUGER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toni Zharkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute Rafail Maradzhiev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borimir Marikin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafail Maradzhiev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Borimir Marikin having to interfere. Petrushan's Rafail Maradzhiev got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Brunko Makariev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 36 minutes into the match, FREDI KRUGER's goalkeeper Borimir Marikin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brunko Makariev. In the 44th minute, Rafail Maradzhiev fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Borimir Marikin, passed just outside the right post.

After a defensive mix-up in FREDI KRUGER's zone, Brunko Makariev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Borimir Marikin came out of the goal and Brunko Makariev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miladin Kravaev in the 55th minute of play forced Petrushan's goalkeeper Gerasim Dzhordzhev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Rafail Maradzhiev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Petrushan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Borimir Marikin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brunko Makariev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 61 minutes on the clock, Miro Engibarov commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 60th minute, one of FREDI KRUGER:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FREDI KRUGER. Borimir Marikin went to the wrong direction when Ognyan Kúrnev was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. 65 minutes into the game, Brunko Makariev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Borimir Marikin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 70 played minutes FREDI KRUGER got a freekick which was hit by Toni Zharkov. Delcho Gostev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Gerasim Dzhordzhev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, FREDI KRUGER's goal looked a bit too open when Rafail Maradzhiev came free, but Borimir Marikin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Malin Sedloev's late challenge caught a Petrushan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Malin Sedloev helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd match minute, FREDI KRUGER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malin Sedloev to maneuver through the defense. Borimir Marikin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafail Maradzhiev in the 83rd minute of the match. Rafail Maradzhiev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. The Petrushan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerasim Dzhordzhev should have stopped the shot. Petrushan's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
