Red Machines's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nedelcho Gudzhulov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes into the match, emil team's Lyuboslav Keremedchiev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Avram Topală narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 33rd minute emil team were awarded a corner. Borimir Naskov went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on emil team's corner Borimir Naskov fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Avram Topală quite easily take care of the ball. In the 34th minute, Orlin Gudzhev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Avram Topală was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. emil team's Penko Karapandzhiev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zdravko Chervenski in the 41st minute of play. Nedelcho Gudzhulov scored 3-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Penko Karapandzhiev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Nedelcho Gudzhulov made the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Nedelcho Gudzhulov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but emil team's Penko Karapandzhiev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Avgustin Radlov sped through emil team's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Penko Karapandzhiev. Penko Karapandzhiev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nedelcho Gudzhulov went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Avram Topală made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orlin Gudzhev in the 83rd minute. Stoyo Kilyovski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Penko Karapandzhiev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orlin Gudzhev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Avram Topală made a huge save. In the 94th minute emil team were awarded a corner.
