After a rather tough play, Bunarli's Costică Dănănae got a free kick in the 6th minute. Bunarli's Albert Berevoescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svetlan Rinkov in the 7th minute of play. Ivaylo Ninkov scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Radomir Gunchev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Bunarli's Albert Berevoescu got control of the ball when Vihar Barutchiev tried to sneak it across the goal line. Radomir Gunchev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivaylo Ninkov in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Goran Talev in the 16th minute of play forced Leeds U.'s goalkeeper Radomir Gunchev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivaylo Ninkov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Radomir Gunchev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leeds U.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Svetlan Rinkov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Radomir Gunchev managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Bunarli's Miroslav Kúrlov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 59th minute, Vihar Barutchiev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Svetlan Rinkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radomir Gunchev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miroslav Kúrlov in the 64th minute of play. Bunarli's supporters rose to their feet, but Miroslav Kúrlov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radomir Gunchev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Miroslav Kúrlov came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Bunarli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miroslav Kúrlov couldn't finish the play. 84 minutes into the match, Bunarli's Miroslav Kúrlov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Radomir Gunchev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 92 minutes, Preslav Iskrov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bunarli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Preslav Iskrov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miroslav Kúrlov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bunarli walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
